I certainly hope that the future will not turn out like this! However, I have no love for Islamic fundamentalists, or Christian, Jewish, or fill-in-the-blank ones either!
Perhaps all the Bush men will take a vacation to the Moon in the future, get exposed to a rare but powerful cosmic ray burst, and end up sterile. :D I've had enough Bushes for one lifetime already!

This person is curious to know what “mishe dige inam” means, or is it code? Maybe this is why people have such a hard time getting a clear understanding of one another.
I agree with David, at least on the intolerant fundamentalism issue, especially when ANY religion recommends lopping off the head of anyone who does not share your personal beliefs. God knows he can sort out those of us he has issues with, without the help of any mortal man.

There is no reading between the lines. I enjoy a good debate, and only through an honest assessment of the facts, can we arrive at the truth. There is no winning or losing. Only truth.

#1 You said that I aggravated him, but I actually said nothing inflammatory. I just asked him to elaborate, and he was perfectly clear. He stated his position, in his own words, with no room for misunderstanding. As far as I know, he is completely calm, speaking from the heart.
#2 I did nothing wrong. I said nothing wrong.
#3 I brought up no topics. The first comment is him gloating about a American dying in an Islamic country. I only asked him if that's what he really meant. He really did mean it.

The word propaganda implies false or deceitful. He actually wrote those words. Reporting what's true is never bad. If you disagree with the content, then the behavior itself should be addressed, not the reporting of it.
Deci’s position is set in stone, and I didn’t bait him at all. There is no question. If you’d like I can go over his post using bullet points. He stated some very terrible things, which is fine with me, because that’s his behavior.
The actual question now is if the group accepts Deci’s comment as being representative. What I perceived is that you shifted accountability to me, when I’m not in his group. His behavior doesn’t reflect on me at all. It reflects on Iranians, or Middle Easterners. Just as everything I say and do reflects on Americans, or the Marine Corps. It’s a “police your own” sort of thing.
This is an important note. I’m not holding any individual accountable for Deci’s comments. A group is simply the collective behavior of people in that group. It’s not unfair or false for me to say that middle easterners want to kill westerners. (I never said “all”) If you renounce the behavior, then it doesn’t diffuse to the group. If you embrace the behavior, then it becomes part of the group.
